Sweet Honey Butter

1 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup light colored honey
1/4 cup confectioners sugar
dash of vanilla

Whip ingredients well. Spoon into butter dish and return to the refrigerator to set. Serve with hot fresh bread.

Note: dark honey will make a dark butter.

Add 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans for a great variation. Yummy!
