Uneventful

Steve took J. to school this morning then he was off to work. It was an uneventufl day. nothing out of the norm happened. One thought left over from yesterday. When his ex dropped J. off, it was with the understanding that we would be picking her up from school. The first thing she said was give me a hug, I won't see you till tomorrow afternoon. I honestly believe she was pulling the clothes stunt. She brought J. over, knowing it was Steve's night to have her and she didn't bother to bring the child any clothes. Nothing. Just J. and her book bag. Good thing I had one outfit from the other day in the washer and ironed it for her to wear. Who in their right mind takes a child off to spend the night and doesn't bring the first piece of clothing with them? I give up. I won't ever understand this woman ... not that I try very often unless it concerns J. I have to go to bed. I am sleepy.
