Farm Report - Mid May 2005

Yesterday's post was heavy and emotionally draining for me. I know most of you avoided it and I can't say that I blame you. Today we are going to get back to the fun things.

I have put together a series of before and after photos of some of the gardens here on our farm.

The changes amaze me! In just 6 short weeks we have gone from being buried in snow to having lovely lush gardens.

You can find the photos here. Allow the page time to load if you are on dial-up. It will open in a new window.

I plan to finish putting together a similar photo series with the changes in the house from December when we contracted to by it up to this month when everything is blooming.

How are your gardens coming along? I really want to know!

You can also click here for the link to the photo page. I think my link color choice may be poor. I'll try to change it.

I really enjoyed walking through your garden. I have never owned land. Not yet. Someday I fancy growing veggies and having trees that change all sorts of crazy colors in the fall. Until then, I admire folks like yourself.

And thanks for stopping by! Have a great weekend...

I LOVE stuff like this. Do I need a license to fish in your koi pond? Can I help myself to the tomatoes? Are you going to make wine from the grapes? Do you have 60 acres to tend, or 90?

(Don't take time to answer any of these stupid questions. You got weeds to get after.)

It's only A.M. and I'm strolling thru a beautiful garden and enjoying my strong frist cup of coffee. Thank you for the nice wake- up- Your place is wonderful.

Don't talk to me about gardens.

I mean it.

Really.

Do NOT mention gardens to me.

(I am LOVIN' the pix of YOUR gardens however! I'd LOVE to have a water garden! *wah* Where ARE you? I don't think I could keep fishies in my water garden that I don't have. *wah*)

Okay...going back to look at more pix.

Blessings---

Wow, Angie, you have done some awesome work out there. I love what you did with the koi pond - just beautiful. So- both thumbs are green?

What a beautiful place! I envy you. On the other hand, my yard is tiny, but it's size matches the amount of skill that I have pretty well. Still, it'd be so cool to have a koi pond...
