You actually ate hot dogs with breakfast? How can you do that on a diet?
Oooh, I like them! Beautiful design too, btw. I will have to check in as I am in the midst of the diet/exercise too. I have been allowing someone to be my monitor by giving my weight (my REAL weight!) to Mel at the Amazing Shrinking Mom (See banner in my blogroll, if interested).

Just the meat franks, Judy, not with bread. i try to stick with an all protein breakfast and save the carbs for later in the afternoon. When I was pg with Steven I was told that carbs and fruits in the mornings caused a major insulin dump which stores fat in the cells. I think they teach this to diabetics as well.
