I think they are very cute and a smart money saver. I hope to be someday, but as of now I am not a big sewer, not having a sewing machine. I would love to come across one at a garage sale or the like and cut my theeth on it. I do needlepoint and my grandmother recently taught me how to knit.

Tell us how easy it is to make a quilt. I want to make one for my girls but I don't know where to start. Once a buy a sewing machine is it easy? BTW as crafty as i would LOVE to be..sadly Im not..or maybe I just don't have time...but I do want to make something for my girls.

P.S. I LOVED the purses. Do you make them bigger? I have twin babies so I carry ALOT of stuff.

My mother & sister quilt... me? I'm a DISASTER with a needle. Someday, perhaps, I shall quilt.

I addored them, but we are sick over here and I am too far behind on my bloglines to comment much.

I want a tote too! But my husband might not be happy what with our moratorium on buying fun things.

There WAS interest in your skirts and all your sewing. I was reading you on bloglines. Sorry. I have been busy being domestic, too, and trying to be healthy.

Write about...whatever you want.

I loved wrap around skirts when I was a girl. Would they make my hips look big now? Hmmm....I don't know.

Angie, you could write about paint drying (and I think you have...) and I'd be on the edge of my seat reading. lol

The wrap skirt seems like an easy first project to try. Thanks for the tutorial.

Would you be willing to walk me through making a baby blanket? I have the soft material and the border, but have no idea where to go from there.

I would like you to write about sucking out some of your brain juice and injecting it in to mine. Do you have a pattern or a recipe for that? Hmmmm?
