Somewhere in my comments (or maybe email) it says something along the lines of - This time next year I see him in overhauls toddling around behind you in the garden- I have looked for the exact text and can't find it but I know it is there.

He loves being outside. He loves the dirt. He takes every chance possible to get down in the grass. Turn him loose and he wanders happily discovering this new world he is a part of.

My nephew loves it and any chance he gets he wants to dig and discover. He is 3 now!

I look at him, I close my eyes and see my little boy so many years ago playing in the dirt. Silly how many times I probably said to him to "you're going to get dirty, get in here" when all it would take was some soap and water. My own children will not recognize me if they ever make me a Grandmother, lol.

He is so precious, I just want to eat him up. I have a picture of my son (now 19 years old) in the garden with his Papa digging up potatoes. He loved it!!

Is there anything cuter than a baby playing in the dirt? He gets cuter every day. I think the good news is that now that he is running around outside, maybe he will be tired and go down for a long nap. I know he is not much for sleeping but we can keep our fingers crossed !
