Day #23

Breakfast - 2 eggs, 3 strips of bacon, coffee

Lunch - fritata, eggs and spinach with chopped turkey (1 carb)

Supper - flounder with lemon, 8 shrimp fried, small salad (2 carbs)with ken's northern italian light dressing (1 carb)

Snack - 1 advant edge shake (2 carbs)

total carbs - 6 carbs

**Cutting back the carbs- I have a severe headache. I need those other 14 carbs. This is will be a very long weekend.
