Breakfast - 2 eggs over well, pattymelt without the bread, coffee with half and half (at least 2 carbs)
Lunch - rotini salad with greek dressing (5 carbs)
Supper - Salmons and eggs
Snack - hamburger patty with cheese
Total Carbs- 7 carbs
