Breakfast - so far just coffee, 2 eggs with ham and cheddar cheese (<1 carb)
Lunch - 1 peice of fish, 6 shrimp, small green salad (2 carbs) with Ken's ceasar dressing (0 carbs)
Supper - Ribs, small salad (2 carbs)with Ken's ceasar dressing (0 carbs)
Snack - 2 low carb baked brownies (2 carbs)
Total carbs - 7 carbs
