Day #27

Breakfast - coffee

Flavored water and 1 carb chocolate while out getting groceries.

Lunch - hamburger patty with cheese (<1 carb)

Supper - Chicken soup with cauliflower (<1 carb), asparagus (<1 carb) and low carb rotini (5 carbs)

Snack - Breyers low carb ice cream (4 carbs) 1 carb brownie

total carbs - 15 carbs
