Breakfast - Coffee, 2 eggs and sausage
snack low carb muffin (4 carbs)
Lunch - flatout wrap (6 carbs) with chicken, avocado (1.5 carbs) and baby spinach (<1 carb), water
snack - cup of broth from chicken stew, only the broth
Supper - Pork tenderloin, spinach salad (<1 carb), kens dressing (1 carb), water
Dessert - breyers low carb ice cream - (4 carbs)
total carbs 18
