Breakfast - fried eggs and a little cheddar cheese, coffee, water
snack - coffee coffee coffee
Lunch - Chicken spinach and avocado wrap - 9 carbs
snack - diet coke
Supper - Flounder filet, shrimp, spinach salad (ken's dressing 1 carb), fried and lightly dusted with fish fry mix ( 2 carbs)
Dessert - breyers ice cream
total carbs 16
